We retain a small portfolio of properties and only take on select homes that can offer our guests a premium Whistler experience. Having such a small portfolio gives us the opportunity to truly care for every single property as if it were our own. Before every reservation our team conducts a thorough property inspection to ensure that our properties are always well maintained, and are at the highest standard for our guests. Additionally, we arrange deep cleaning sessions for homes and carpets to minimize wear and tear and to maintain a premium home.
As a property owner with Aloha Whistler you will have access to your bookings calendar and projected revenue upon request. We keep communication channels open and welcome ideas and input from owners so our property management service can evolve and improve.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival. Our guests are required to sign a waiver of full liability, and provide a security deposit pre-authorization on their credit card. Aloha Whistler Accommodations covers all credit card and payment processing fees. We meet all our guests at their chosen accommodation to verify guest criteria, and to familiarize them with their rental home and the resort.
