Where is Whistler?

You will find Whistler in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia just 2 hours north of Vancouver. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the closest airport for international and domestic flights. The drive is a scenic 2.5 hours approximately along the Sea to Sky Highway.
Can we store our luggage before check-in?

Whistler Bag Storage is located in the heart of Whistler Village and offer flexible storage options. View their website here for further information or to book in advance.

Is there parking at my accommodation?

All Aloha Whistler accommodations, with the exception of the Aspens, offer at least one assigned parking space. If you require parking at the Aspens, you must purchase your parking pass from the machine in the lobby entrance at approximately $25 per day.
Where can we park additional vehicles during our stay?

Some of our accommodations offer additional visitor parking for extra cars. Alternatively, additional overnight paid parking is available in Whistler, click here for more information.

What amenities are in the bathroom?

All accommodations provide towels, a hair dryer, toilet paper and a starter supply of hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
What amenities are in the kitchen?

Your kitchen will be stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave. We additionally supply salt and pepper, ground coffee and filters, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towel and garbage bags. All of our homes are privately owned and there may be some additional appliances. To inquire about specific appliances, such as a crock pot or blender, please reach out to us directly.
Will my accommodation have a washer and dryer?

Yes, all of our accommodations offer either an in-suite washer and dryer or a shared laundry in the complex.
Does my accommodation have air-conditioning?

A select number of our homes offer air-conditioning. All of our accommodations provide a fan in each bedroom and living area.
Where can I store my bike?

Many of our accommodations offer either a communal bike storage locker on-site or a private garage. We do not allow bikes to be stored inside of the property. Should you wish to clarify the bike storage options for your selected property, please reach out to us directly.
