  • Please note: Due to a recent fire at the neighboring property, scaffolding has been installed for necessary repairs. While this does not affect the access to or the condition of the rental unit itself, the scaffolding is located close to the property. We appreciate your understanding as the repairs are underway.

SKI ACCESS
  • A short 5-minute walk to either Whistler or Blackcomb Mountain. Please see Ski Access map in photo gallery.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Parking: 1 assigned stall in underground parkade (6’6” clearance) + 1 visitor pass. Visitor stalls based on availability.
  • Occupancy: Standard is 10 guests, maximum is 12
  • Extra guest fee: $50/night per adult 
  • Bike Storage: Please note, this complex does not have secure bike storage. 
  • Baby gear rentals: Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates, etc. available to rent for nightly fee. Subject to availability. 
  • Note: This home does not have A/C, like many in Whistler. One fan per bedroom is provided. Compensation or refunds not provided for warm temperatures.
BOOKING DETAILS 
  • 1-night deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays 28+ nights require 30% deposit upon booking. Remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival. 
  • A 3.5% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.

  • All payments are non-refundable once processed.
