ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Parking: One assigned parking stall inside the parkade. The parkade clearance is 7'2". Additional exterior visitor parking based on availability.
- Pet Policy: 2 dogs welcome.Pet fee of $30 CAD + tax per night, per pet. Two dog bowls and a dog blanket provided.
- Occupancy: Standard is 6 guests, maximum is 7
- Extra guest fee: $50/night per person
- Baby gear rentals: Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates, etc. available to rent for nightly fee. Subject to availability.
- Bike Storage: Please note, this complex does not have secure bike storage. Bikes are strictly not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
- Please note, during the winter months, we provide 1 fire log per day. Additional fire logs can be purchased.
- Note: Portable air conditioning unit in the dining area, and one fan provided in each bedroom. Please note this home does not feature central air conditioning.
BOOKING DETAILS
- 1-night deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Stays 28+ nights require 30% deposit upon booking. Remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
- A 3.5% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
